ResumeAI provides digital, AI-generated content and professional tools. Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate computational costs associated with generating high-quality AI content, all sales are final.

2. Refund Eligibility

Generally, we do not offer refunds once the AI content (Resume, Cover Letter, or Job Hunt Bundle) has been generated and presented to the user. This is because the service has been performed and the value delivered.

3. Technical Issues

If you experience a technical failure that prevents you from accessing or downloading your purchased items (e.g., payment was successful but content failed to generate), we will:

  • First attempt to resolve the issue and provide the content.
  • Offer a full refund if the technical issue cannot be resolved within 48 hours.

4. Quality Concerns

While we strive for the highest quality AI content, the final result depends on the input provided by the user. We encourage users to use our "Regenerate" features if they are not satisfied with the first output. Refunds are not provided based on dissatisfaction with the AI's creative choices.
